Hi...I'm Jenn!

Born in Nashville, TN, music has always been in my blood. However, I felt limited due to my condition. I did continue trying to sing, however, I spent many days in bed and many nights at the emergency room. Thanks to my new treatment and lifestyle changes, I am living a life I only dreamed of!

I have taken most medications approved for treating migraine as well as off-label options. I was also prescribed opioids at one point which led to a downhill fall. There's not much I have not experienced in my illness and I can likely sympathize with anyone living with migraine for 1 year or 30 years.

I would love to speak to you about migraine, self-care, and how to maintain confidence in the face of a neurological disease.
